$75.00 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
Registration fee is nonrefundable except if child is put on waiting list or days/time choice is unavailable.
$25.00 Supply/Program Fee
The $25.00 supply/program fee is payable one time per year, per child.
It will cover parties, programs, talent and entertainment scheduled or extraordinary supplies used throughout the school year.
Tuition
Due the first week of each month for each enrolled child.
If you cannot make a payment by the due date, please notify the Director as soon as possible.
Any payments made after the 15th of the month will be considered late and incur an additional late charge of $10.00 per week per child.
Non-Helper Day Fee
Helper day credits are earned by parents volunteering during the school year, we do require that a parent helps in your child's classroom. Helper days will differ from various age groups and for families with twins and triplets.
We understand that helping in the classroom may not be possible due to work schedule/sitter conflicts. We do offer a $75 non-helper day fee for families who are not able to fulfill their helper days.
If unable to fulfill the days by the end of the year a $75 charge will be added to the family's account.
A box marked "TUITION" is located outside of the preschool office.
Payment may be made by check or cash. Please make checks payable to "Pilgrim Preschool."
(There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks)
Do not give tuition payments to your child's teacher, or place it in school bags.
Do not make children responsible for tuition payment envelopes.
